  Located in a scenic area within walking distance of everything, this clean and pet friendly neighborhood has been my home for 2 years now. There has been a lot of recent developments and apartment complexes built in the area, but what sets The Knolls apart is the amazing office staff! They are always available to help and answer any questions. I have even emailed a concern on a day the office was closed and still got an immediate response. All of my maintenance needs are addressed almost immediately and it’s clear they really care about making this place the best it can be.

  The best thing about staying here is the best in class customer service and the professionalism that you get to see from the leasing management staff here. They will greet you with a smile, are courteous, responsive and are willing to take that extra step to help address your concerns and problems. I must say that despite juggling between so many tasks and being very leanly staffed, they have done a marvellous job at differentiating themselves from the rest of the pack. That is what sets Knolls apart. Well done Shelley, Haley and Kristen!
